Astrological Advisory & Non-Medical Disclaimer

Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) is an interpretive, philosophical, and advisory system based on classical Vedic texts (such as Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra). All insights, horoscope analyses, transit predictions, and conversational dialogues provided by Meera AI are intended solely for personal spiritual reflection, educational, and entertainment purposes.

Meera AI does NOT provide professional medical, psychiatric, financial, tax, or legal advice. Never disregard professional medical or financial advice because of an astrological forecast.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Meera AI mobile application and associated web interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Meera AI.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent) to use Meera AI. You agree to provide accurate, current birth information (Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and Place of Birth) to ensure proper astrological chart calculations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials.

3. Free Services & Subscription Billing

Meera AI provides both complimentary and premium paid services:

  • Free Tier: New accounts receive 5 free questions upon registration. Users can watch optional rewarded video ads to unlock additional question credits.
  • ₹1 24-Hour Trial: Eligible users may activate a 24-hour unlimited VIP trial for an upfront charge of ₹1 INR. The trial automatically rolls over into the quarterly Cosmic Pass (₹699 INR every 3 months) at the end of the 24-hour period unless cancelled beforehand.
  • Recurring Billing & UPI AutoPay: Subscriptions are managed securely via Razorpay AutoPay. Recurring payments are automatically processed on each renewal cycle until explicitly cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via App Settings → Manage Subscription, or directly within your UPI banking application.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software algorithms, user interface designs, logos, graphics, celestial artwork, brand assets, and content generated by Meera AI are the proprietary intellectual property of Meera AI and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the APK or backend API endpoints.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to extract horoscope data or overload services.
  • Post, transmit, or request illegal, abusive, defamatory, or threatening content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meera AI, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including any reliance on astrological predictions or advice.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
